Select a Recruitment Open Day that suits you to attend from our Recruitment Open Day page, pop your information in via the online form & come on down to meet the Werkit team!

Your National Insurance number, your bank details, an up-to-date passport or long birth certificate, & if you’re a not from Northern Ireland, a right to work document.

We use a system called Utrac, you will have access to the Utrac App which you can download for the Play Store/App Store.
You will be given a login to avail of all shifts available to you.
Shifts are in date order located in the Job Board found in the Utrac App.
Once you select a shift you are available to work, you click on the shift and mark that you are available – this will then show as a pending shift in upcoming calendar in the Utrac App.
Once the Werkit crew move you into the shift you will get a notification on your Utrac App – this will then show as a confirmed shift under upcoming calendar in the Utrac App.

The pay dates for the Werkit crew are weekly for shifts worked Friday to Thursday, they will then be paid the following Friday each week.
You will have visibility of shifts worked on your Utrac App.

The werkit Events Team collaborates with 3 different event groups in Northern Ireland which gives you access to work a range of event locations, these currently include:
Ulster Rugby Kingspan Stadium, Windsor Park Stadium
Down Royal Racecourse
The Waterfront Hall
The Ulster Hall
The Ulster Museum
Belfast Castle
Cultra Manor
Malone House and much more… -
You choose what shifts you do!
Events are open for everyone over 16 to apply for; the only restriction is that you must be over 18 to work on a till in the bar area.
Available shifts can be Monday to Sunday & anything between 4 – 12 hours shifts.
Times can vary depending on the type of event.
